Welcome to our Equipment Delivery Services. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 14-Day and 50 Working Hours return/reject period on all purchases. This allows you to fully inspect and test your equipment after delivery. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us before the end of the return period to start the process. The equipment is fully insured during this time, giving you complete peace of mind. Our goal is to make your heavy equipment purchase simple, safe, and worry-free.
When considering a return of your heavy-duty equipment, there are certain criteria we must adhere to ensure fairness and quality assurance. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns if the asset:
- Has been subjected to modifications.
- Has been involved in an accident or sustained damage.
- Shows any signs of alteration from its original delivered condition.
- Has been utilized as collateral for a loan, also known as encumbrance.
In the event of a rejection, rest assured that the return delivery will be at no cost to you. Should the asset meet all the specified criteria outlined above, we will gladly accept the return within a 14-day period.
Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly; however, please allow 1 – 3 days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
